Accurate authority and information

The person claiming or managing a profile must be authorised by the venue and provide accurate, current information. Acre may request evidence, reject unsupported changes, correct errors and retain a record of material approvals.

Images and supplied material

A supplier must have the right to let Acre use every submitted image, video, logo and document for the agreed commercial purpose, and must provide creator credits or restrictions. Acre may remove material where rights are unclear or disputed.

Free facts and future options

Essential factual fields and corrections are not paywalled. Approved representatives can enable free enquiry forwarding after separately confirming their inbox. Proposed paid benefits are not part of the current service; any future features, limits and placement terms will be explained before purchase. Acre does not promise enquiries, bookings or search rankings.

Moderation and ending your participation

You can ask Acre to end your representative access. This does not automatically remove accurate public venue facts or records that need separate retention review. Acre may suspend access or a listing for material inaccuracy, unclear rights, abuse or legal risk. No payment is required during the free pilot. Any future paid service will have its prices, VAT treatment, renewal and cancellation terms presented before an order is accepted.
