Data trust
How Acre verifies venue information.
Every material fact should be traceable to a current source, a venue confirmation or a clearly labelled unknown state.
Source order
We prefer the venue’s own current website, brochure or price document, followed by licensing authorities and other first-party public records. Reputable secondary sources may help discovery, but do not override a newer primary source.
Dates and definitions
Acre records when a source was checked and keeps ceremony, dining and evening capacities separate. Venue hire, per-person charges, minimum spends and packages are stored separately so unlike prices are not presented as equivalents.
Unknown stays unknown
If a reliable answer cannot be found, the profile says “Venue to confirm” or “Not confirmed”. Absence of evidence is never converted into a misleading “No”. Venues can submit corrections, but Acre reviews changes before publication.
