Information and availability

Acre works to keep venue information useful and current, but details, prices and availability can change. Confirm material requirements directly with the venue before making a decision or payment. “Venue to confirm” means Acre does not hold a reliable current answer.

Bookings and communications

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Acre is not the venue, booking agent or party to a couple’s contract with a venue. Venues are responsible for their quotations, availability, services and booking terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit unlawful material or copy Acre’s database, editorial copy, branding or software at scale. Venue and photographer rights remain with their respective owners.

Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Acre is not responsible for decisions made without confirming current details with the venue, or for third-party services outside Acre’s reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
